The Office of the Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) has opened a survey with a view to changing the culture of late payments in the UK.
The OSBC also wants to reduce the negative impact of late payment practises, which typically leads to slow growth and productivity, hitting small to medium size enterprises (SMEs) particularly hard and leaving many in debt.
