This year’s Superyacht UK Technical Seminar, proudly sponsored by Pendennis Shipyard, is being held on the 18 April at The Dickens Inn, St Katharine Dock, London.
With a mix of regulatory updates, topical discussions with a strong environmental and sustainability theme throughout, complete with a networking lunch and drinks, brought to you via our networking sponsor Laurent Giles Naval Architects, the day is not to be missed.
The days talks include:
- Alternative fuels, a close look at what the different alternative fuels such as ammonia, hydrogen and methanol will do to the design of a 68m yacht, delivered by Dr Vittorio from Solent University

The day culminates in a discussion on the hot topic of Li batteries and the perceived risks of fire chaired by Hill Dickinson’s Francesca Conn who will be joined by Phil Noad from CISR, Ben Geary from Dohle-Yachts and Mike Wimbridge from Pantaenius.
