Keeping afloat through choppy waters
At this year’s annual training day, we will be covering many current topics, including a morning case study and an afternoon of interactive short talks and Q&A sessions.
Morning session:
Shipyard case study – talks will cover insurance, finance and legal issues, raised in the case study with a panel of experts answering any questions you have to help you overcome the difficult issues the industry is facing.
Afternoon session:
Workshops / short talks – to include tax, finance, legal hot topics – such as dispute resolution provisions, pursuing claims against debtors, insolvency and understanding the differences between consumer and business to business contracts.
The day will conclude with networking drinks giving you the chance to catch up with other industry members.
