Don’t miss one of three sectors focussed online workshops run by Ross Wombell, lead for British Marine’s Decarbonisation Programme
As the leisure marine industries across the world continues to digest findings from ICOMIA’s 300+ page research report, ‘Pathways to Propulsion Decarbonisation for the Recreational Marine Industry’, British Marine is now offering its members ‘deep-dive’ online workshops, tailored for our relevant sectors:
Tuesday 16 January, 1800 – 1930
Propelling future for inland boating, marinas and boat builders
Tuesday 30 January, 1800 – 1930
Propelling the future leisure marine engine & electronics
Tuesday 13 February, 1800 – 1930
Propelling the future for the leisure marine coastal sector, including boatbuilders, coastal marinas and coastal charter and boat clubs.
These New Year workshops are in response to the debate stimulated by ICOMIA’s report and the well-attended webinar that British Marine provided last month. That webinar gave an overview of the report, whereas these online workshops are designed specifically for our members. They will provide a chance to discuss with Ross the likely implications for their own sector, as Ross helps to unpack the details and will also draw on additional data that sits behind the report and informs its findings.
If you would like to join one of these online workshops please note the dates above and email Joanna Richardson at publicaffairs@britishmarine.co.uk stating which workshop you wish to attend.
