This week some members will have received an email from EPOQ BusinessCare entitled “30 day warning of access expiry”. EPOQ are the providers of British Marine’s 24/7 Legal Advice line and BusinessCare website. While this is a genuine email, this email was sent in error by EPOQ’s IT team while undertaking some work on their system.
British Marine would like to apologise for any confusion and reassure members that there is no impact on their access to BusinessCare services. If members do find they are having issues accessing their Business Care services please email here.
