HSE evidence shows that reduced workplace near-misses and injuries are associated with a strong safety culture amongst employees and workers.
To this end, and with careful scientific design, the HSE has launched the Safety Climate Tool (SCT) that will allow organisations to assess individuals’ attitudes and perceptions in key areas of health and safety issues using a simple anonymous online questionnaire.
