Fairline, the luxury British boatbuilder based in Oundle, Northamptonshire is on a recruitment drive for apprentices in its engineering team, with the potential of a full-time position on completion of the apprenticeship.
New recruits will join the Fairline team and contribute to the manufacture of high quality, luxury motoryachts, with the potential to form a long-lasting career with the Fairline family.
During the apprenticeship, apprentices will be supported by a dedicated Apprentice Master and Fairline’s highly experienced teams to build skills and knowledge in both mechanical and electrical engineering. They will effectively support the team installing a variety of mechanical and electrical systems including gyroscopic stabilisers, sea-fire installations, domestic plumbing systems, 240-volt electrical and cabin lighting wiring circuits.

Apprentices will gain qualifications in Engineering Operative – Level 2, EAL Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations and EAL Level 2 in Engineering Operations.
Having the unique opportunity to work within a specialist boat building environment will enable apprentices to gain valuable hands-on experience and kick-start their career.
Potential candidates will take part in an initial interview with a member of the Tresham College Apprenticeship Team as part of the recruitment process and to allow progression to the next stage.
