Last week the Department for International Trade announced changes to the export control framework.
The new Strategic Export Licensing Criteria will be applied to all license decisions on goods, software, and technology which are subject to export, transfer, trade or transit.
The department has also changed the definition of military end-use to enhance its effectiveness and added China to the list of destinations subject to military end-use controls.
