There’s more exciting news for UK-based charter experts PlainSailing.com, as they received the highest award possible from independent review aggregators Feefo.com. They were awarded the prestigious ‘Platinum Trusted’ status for 2023 in recognition of outstanding customer service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ‘Platinum Trusted’ status is only awarded to companies who have achieved an excellent Feefo ‘Customer Review’ score of 4.5 or more out of 5 for not one, but three consecutive years. PlainSailing.com has achieved this and more – its current Feefo score rounds upwards to a spectacular and almost unbelievable 5 out of 5.
The specialist in Mediterranean and Caribbean sailing holidays has maintained a key focus on customer service over the years, and its efforts have been rewarded with both winning awards like these, as well as building customer loyalty – sailors coming back to PlainSailing.com year on year have been key to their massive growth in recent years.
