British Marine suggests that you take the time to look over the newly published standards as well as the full list of designated standards. We also suggest you look over the standards which will be coming out of designation, as from the date of the BEIS notice (18 November 2021), these standards are due to be removed from publication on 27 February 2023.

You can find the link to the document that BEIS has published here

British Marine will be publishing its quarterly Technical Report (TR 129) imminently and we suggest that members keep an eye out for when it is published, as this will go through all of the designated standards, standards which are being worked on and other standards which are not designated, along with a whole host of other topics which will be beneficial for you to read.

In March 2022, British Marine will be hosting a Recreational Craft Regulations Awareness course, designed to increase and expand your knowledge of how to meet the requirements of the post Brexit Recreational Craft Regulations, and assist your ability to manufacture, import and sell legally compliant products.
