The brand new show, BoatLife Live, is set to open its doors to visitors on 17-20 February.

The four-day show, spanning three halls of the NEC in Birmingham, will be filled with over 130 stands and 120 boats. The show has attracted a lot of trade interest as businesses are eager to get together and network. Trade tickets can be purchased for £8 here.

The event will be opened by Pip Hare, the eighth woman in history to complete the Vendee Globe and after, she will take to the stage to talk more about her experiences and take questions from show visitors. The live stage is the main attraction at the show, and with speakers such as Katie McCabe, Tom Cunliffe, Atlantic rowing teams and the show’s ambassadors.

The big spectacle of the show is the wide selection of boats from powerboats, narrow boats, speedboats to watersports. Many British Marine members are exhibiting including Fairline, Excel Boats, Bavaria Yachts, Drascombe Boats and Brig. The show will also unveil more than 10 boat debuts, including the RYCK 280, Seven Seas Hermes Speedster, Swordfish F80 and Polycraft Tuffy 300.

Alongside the boats will be a vast selection of equipment and engine companies, including, B&G, Elite Teak, Seaglaze Marine Windows, Aqueduct Marina, Honda, and Mercury. Complemented by other marine leisure brands including Flexisail and Promarine Finance

Haley Hadley, ABC Leisure, said: “We are very excited to be back with a boat at this brand new exciting show especially as it’s local to us in Birmingham.  A great chance to have a look inside a narrowboat and discuss holidays.”

Don Bissessar, Gibbs Boat Sales said: “With a great range of boats from Grandezza, Cobalt, Salpa and Atlantic Marine to bring to the BoatLife show, we can’t wait to meet customers.”

The show also has a replica traditional pub in the heart of the Inland feature, nestled next to Vikings 70ft widebeam and a Mediterranean bar, so there will be plenty of places for networking and trade meetings.
