Domestic (UK)

- Resolution Foundation has published a new report Net zero jobs: the impact of the transition to net zero on the UK labour market. The report looks at ‘brown’ industrial jobs (which includes boatbuilding, marine engineering and boat handling jobs) at risk from the de-carbonisation of transportation and the wide-scale adoption of green manufacturing technologies. - The USA’s National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has published new consumer research to support its “Discover Boating” campaign to attract new participants into boating. This new research highlights the key demographic characteristics and purchasing behaviours of prospective post-pandemic US customers for businesses selling in the US.
