Made Smarter Innovation: £5,000 to £100,000 grants available from Smart Manufacturing Innovation Hub for rapid demonstrators and virtual testbeds
The rapid demonstrators grant aims to support SMEs with sensor installation, data analysis or similar to enable levelling-up the opportunities to exceed and expand. Grant funding of up to £50,000 per project.
Applicant deadline: 31st January
The virtual testbeds grant aims to provide financial support and opportunities to bring pre-existing testbeds to the SMDH community, and enable SMEs to utilise them. Grant funding of up to £100,000 per project.

Phase 3 Industrial Energy Transformation Fund Spring 2024: briefing event
On behalf of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), Innovate UK will host an online briefing event to share details on the Phase 3 Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF) Spring 2024 window. This will support industrial sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to decarbonise their industrial processes, through the permanent deployment of energy efficiency and deep decarbonisation technologies.
The Spring 2024 competition provides capital investment in the form of a grant to industrial sites, such as manufacturing, mining, quarrying, material recycling and data centres, both within and outside the industrial clusters, to transition to a low-carbon future.
