In case you missed it! Submit your annual marine turnover declaration before 29 April

Last week we sent out a communication to all British Marine members regarding annual marine turnover declarations. If you have not submitted your declaration yet, please read below for some key, essential guidance on submitting your declaration to us.

To ensure a smooth renewal please can you submit your turnover declaration before the 29 April 2022. Simply complete the form below, which will take no more than five minutes to complete. 

The marine turnover you submit should be for your last financial year, ideally before 31 March 2022. If you do not have a turnover to declare because the business incorporated less than a year ago, please do complete the form and email declaration@britishmarine.co.uk confirming your submission is correct. Please note, the form will not accept £0 so please enter £1.

Why do I need to redeclare? 

It is important for British Marine to have up to date and accurate marine turnover figures from our membership. Not only does this help us set membership fees equitably, but it also supports our work in representing our industry to the government with credible statistics. Please note that if we do not receive your business’s marine turnover declaration by 29 April, we will automatically apply a sector specific percentage increase to the amount we invoice you for the new membership year.

Select ‘Edit’ next to the company you wish to complete the form for.
Please note, you will need to be logged in to complete the declaration. 

Please note, all data provided is held securely and remains private and confidential.

Having trouble accessing the link? 

If the link does not work, log in to your account and follow this process. Click on  My British Marine > My Organisations, here you will find your business, then click > Edit. This is where you will need to complete your turnover declaration. If you can’t find My British Marine at the top of the screen, you can also find it on the footer at the bottom of the homepage.

Because you are accessing confidential financial information, you must be logged into your account. If you have forgotten your password, submit your email address here to generate a reset password link.
