New Coach Development Programme to offer financial and professional development

Applications are now open for the RYA Northern Ireland Coach Development Programme which offers free training to those aiming to develop their coaching skills to become a national level race coach.

On top of paid work within traditional coaching environments, successful applicants could gain paid work as a Development Academy Coach, a Team Racing Coach or a Women On Water Ambassador. These are new roles which have developed within recent RYA Northern Ireland programmes.
