The RYA Welfare Officer Survey is back! If you act in the role of Welfare Officer at your RYA affiliated club or recognised training centre, then this is your opportunity to share your views and experiences with the RYA.
By participating in the Welfare Officer Survey, you will be playing your part in ensuring that we are able to continually diversify the help and support available to Welfare Officers and their club or centre. Sharing your experiences, both positive and negative, will help shape the support, resources, and training that we offer. All feedback received will be anonymous and will be of value.
Once the results have been received and analysed, the RYA will publish a data insight on the survey’s findings. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and most of the questions are optional to answer.
