Sunseeker, the pre-eminent luxury British shipyard, and its North American distributor, OneWater Yacht Group, are thrilled to announce a successful Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. During a special unveiling of the Ocean 182, named after its gross tonnage, Sunseeker Chief Executive Andrea Frabetti and One Water Yacht Group President Bryan Braley were joined by Rufus Drabble British Consul-General (Miami), the Guest of Honour. Since September, the Ocean 182 has been on a spectacular tour of the East Coast, commencing a global debut at the Newport International Boat Show and concluding in Florida for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The series of global launch events for this exceptional yacht is a testament to Sunseeker’s commitment to innovation, luxury and customer-orientated experiences.

The Sunseeker Ocean 182 took centre stage during the show, drawing the attention of prospective buyers, industry professionals and the media. The Ocean 182 is a true masterpiece of engineering and design. The upper deck structure is reengineered to become a new interior space while the main deck becomes a floating penthouse with an open plan saloon, dining space, spacious galley and day head.

Sean Robertson, president at Sunseeker USA Sales Co. Inc., commented:

“We are thrilled with the exceptional response from visitors and guests at this year’s show. The volume of interest for Sunseeker yachts has resulted in a fantastic number of retail sales including the Ocean 182, a fantastic result for her debut show. We are excited to welcome new owners into the Sunseeker family and continue the success of this year’s show in the coming months.”

The Sunseeker stand welcomed world-renowned artist Bradley Theodore who delighted visitors with a live painting demonstration. The finished artwork will be sold in auction and the proceeds will be donated to the Food for Thought TCI charity.
