“At METSTRADE last year, we pioneered an event focusing on women working in the marine industry. All the host partners recognised the importance of building a supportive community and providing education to empower women. We firmly believe that diversity fuels innovation. The remarkable panelists candidly shared their successes, challenges, and valuable advice with the attendees. What truly underscored the event’s impact was the thoughtful questions, comments and discussion that followed the panel, leaving a lasting impression on our audience,” said Michele J. Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, who moderated the panel. “This November, we are eagerly anticipating the next edition, which will feature outstanding panelists and we encourage individuals of all genders to join us to learn from these dynamic and insightful leaders.”
The event will include a continental breakfast and networking opportunities, starting at 8:30 am and concluding at 10:30 am. Doors open at 8:15 AM for registered attendees with a METSTRADE badge, and access should be made through entrance C. Open to all METSTRADE attendees and exhibitors, to register please email firstname.lastname@example.org Women in the Marine Industry International is a free event, and all genders are welcome to attend.
